Endurance Estates is currently finalising details of the application and will be making a submission to East Cambridgeshire District Council in the next month or so.
Endurance Estates has listened to feedback and reduced the number of homes by 10% to 54 homes. The ‘red line’ for the site along the boundary with Garden Close will also be moved and additional public open space has now been included in the proposals. The website will continue to be updated as the project progresses.
We look forward to seeing everyone at our public consultation today from 4pm-8pm at The Pavilion, THE BROOK. Members of the project team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and listen to your feedback. Copies of the materials from the consultation are now available on the website here.
